Deputy Front of House Manager (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a Deputy Front of House Manager to cover a period of maternity leave.

The Deputy Front of House Manager will assist the Front of House Manager in leading the Front of House team to achieve departmental objectives. Specifically, to deliver an excellent, effective, profitable customer service driven front of house operation.  They will duty manage performances and ensure that Oxford Playhouse is safe for staff, visitors and customers and that it provides consistently high standards of service.

Salary: £21,000 – £23,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time - 39 hours. Evening and weekend work will be included.
