Our online registration system is used across all sites, enrollement in one of the sites enables tickets to be purchased from all sites. The personal information such as your name, e mail address, postal address, telephone or mobile number that will collect will be stored securely in a centralised location.
The Oxford Playhouse won't contact you for marketing purposes, or promote new services to you unless you specifically agree to be contacted for these purposes. We will keep your information confidential and won't shared your information unless you have specifically agreed that it may be passed on to other Arts Organisations occassionally. We will not share your information with others without your prior consent.
We will respect your email privacy. You will not receive unsolicited mail from the Oxford Playhouse unless you have agreed to this. We may, however, mail you occasionally with information about your registration and/or your subscription account.
We also offer an account page, where you can update your personal information at any time. You can get to this page from most pages on the site - click on your name link at the top of the screen when you are signed in.
If you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on or to the Oxford Playhouse managed wedsites, or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on our websites, we may use your personal information to stop such behaviour.
